Hotel In Lake City

Accomplished my trip. Disliked: Ac did not work properly.

Liked: I love how the rooms were so spacious and the bathtub was very therapeutic I love my bathtubs ? Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like it was very quiet and peaceful the staff was very welcoming and friendly and the interstate is right there for travel and you're right in the middle of town to where any of your dining or shopping is right at your fingertips

Excellent! Liked: This inn exceeded my expectations. I will stay here whenever I'm in Lake City! The staff, the room, all were excellent. Disliked: Nothing

0 out of 10, would not recommend!!! Liked: I was able to book two room with total of 4 queen size beds for a 113.00 Disliked: While my mom and her guest had no complaints about their room, the room I was in was tidy but dirty. Looked as though it had been straightened up after the last guest but not fully clean. I was warned by the staff person who checked me in that it was a pet friendly room, so be aware of allergies. However I found fleas, roaches,. And after we found a hand full of screws left on my daughter's bed when she was getting in it, I stripped the beds and found bedbugs and stains that made me shudder to think. Plus the bathroom looked as though it hadn't seen soap and water in a while. 0 out of 10, would not recommend!!!

It was over all decent and quiet Liked: clean , close to work and friendly staff Disliked: no coffee maker in the room ; refrigerator is to small ; no on site laundry

Liked: Nothing. They charged us we stayed 5 minutes after finding bed bugs and left. Disliked: It had bed bugs, we were here 5 minutes they said they’d refund but they didn’t

Liked: Close to interstate Disliked: Bed had some metal thing on the left side that tilted the mattress and made it uncomfortable. I'm disabled, comfort counts .took half the day to get the deposit back and that's only because I called

Liked: Cleanliness. Disliked: No plastic cups available.

Liked: The new management is friendly. always greet you with the smiling face.... Disliked: TV didn't work

Liked: Location Disliked: Bed was not clean, did not change towels on a daily basis. House keeping was nonexistent while there

Roaches an inhospitable Liked: Loved that I had to argue with staff and have roaches in my room… Disliked: Roaches I. My room killed 5 in the first hour. Staff is rude at hell my son shut the bathroom door and had to argue with staff just to get it unlocked. Then threatened me with “THIS BETTER NOT HAPPEN AGAIN”!!!

Complete trash Liked: Absolutely nothing. Disliked: The room was not cleaned prior to getting my keep. Hair was still on the pillows. Roaches and dirt were in the corner. Owner walked to the room with me to see everything and picked the hair off the bed and looked me dead in my face and said there no bugs when we were both looking at them. Absolutely disgusting. There was broken bottles and glass along the side walk. Refused to give me a refund. Had to find a diff hotel and pay double just to get away from this place.

You get what you pay for! But at least it was quiet. Liked: Not much Disliked: Dirty room bed sheets very used had burn and dirt stains microwave didn’t work saw three small German cockroaches the bathroom tub had holes that were patched up unprofessionally blue stains in the tub floors were dirty. AC was very used and kind of broke made a very loud noise. Outlets were very used and old didn’t work very well towels were kind of dirty and the lock on the door did not work.

Liked: no breakfast. Proprietor seemed anxious for me to leave, at my door 11am exactly Disliked: bugs on sink counter

Liked: The front desk guy Raj was very helpful

Room needed to be cleaner , also more towy!! Liked: Didn’t get a breakfast at all. Disliked: Cleaner room and more towels!!

Out of a room and my money Disliked: I stood outside for 30 minutes in the cold for him to tell me I need to pay $125 deposit! I didn’t have that so I slept in my car and did not get my money back. Very very angry customer

Disliked: Mold in the room and told me it wasn’t and told me I was just complaining then the key quit working and the worker got mad at me because he said it was my fault
